Lauren Myracle book review.
So one of the most recent books I've read was Ten by lauren myracle and it was ok but I think they made this book after they made the books 11-14. And it isn't that big of a deal but I completely lost interest because I basically already know what is going to happen so I don't really feel a sense of surprise or a rediness to continue reading so that kind of killed it for me! So anyway my brother has these diary of a wimpy kid book and it was actually really funny and entertaining my favorite part was when at the end he ran into the womens bathroom at his grandfathers old people home. But this is a really good book for people that really like a sort of appropriate funny book that will keep you entertained the WHOLE ENTIRE reading, and a book that many people would at some part in the book could really relate to. Even if in this book in the series you couldn't relate to it at some point, I can almost guarantee that you will find at least one book in the series that you will really really really really like. My favorite character was greg not only because he was the main character but because he was really up front and what you could call heartless but overall he really has good intentions.

Great Post, I heard about that book but never knew what it was about. :D
ReplyDeleteYeh it's a really good book and the whole series is a really good book for pre-teen - teen girls!! And if you don't believe me ask any girl that was in ms. Hamiltons class.
ReplyDeleteGreat book. I love how you explained the main points. Looks like you had a fun time reading the book.
ReplyDeleteI agree, both these Lauren Myracle books and the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books are funny in a way that you can relate to and appreciate when you are in the midst of these grades. I know people think the Diary books are for younger kids because of the stick figure drawings, but they are totally written for readers in Middle School. So are the 10-14 books. Now some of Myracle's books are written for high school kids, and she's is often an author whose work is challenges as "inappropriate for the age group." I guess that means she writes about things you might be interested in. Right?
ReplyDeleteI need to get caught up on all these books... So many books, so little time...
